At Eye Of Horus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for products that are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or tested cosmetics.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized postal service location and ensure you keep a copy of your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
